POLICIES & PROCEDURES
REGISTRATION, TUITION, & CONFIRMATION
All Programs
•Submit registration form online or by mail.
•Send in registration fee + tuition check.
•Full tuition payment is due at registration. •A detailed confirmation would be forwarded to you via email or phone once payment has been received and cleared.
Group Singing Lessons
Monthly tuition is due the 3rd Thursday or Friday of the month for the upcoming
month (whichever class the student is registered in). Tuition is
non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your lesson during the 3rd Thursday
or Friday, please mail your tuition check before the due date or make payments through PayPal
on our website to avoid any late payment fees.
Tuition will be prorated on student's 1st month of participation. Students starting on the 2nd Thursday or Friday will also be billed on the 3rd Thursday or Friday of the month for the upcoming month.Students starting on the 3rd or 4th Thursday or Friday of the month need to submit payment for both the remaining classes on the first month of participation and the upcoming month's tuition.
Note: A Registration Confirmation will be sent to you via email once your
registration and tuition payment are received and cleared by Bay Area
Diva Productions.

Group Singing Lessons Monthly tuition is due the 3rd week of the month for the upcoming month. Tuition is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your lesson during the 3rd week, please mail your tuition check before the end of the 3rd week of the calendar month. Tuition will be prorated on student's 1st month of participation.

•In the event that a class is full by the time we receive your registration and
tuition payment, a credit for any advanced tuition payment is issued. Every reasonable
attempt will be made to offer an appropriate class within one (1) calendar year.
This will ensure your spot on the waiting list and you will be notified of the next
available class opening. All major holidays will be re-scheduled by the instructor. Please note that your tuition reserves your pre-scheduled time slot in our weekly
schedule regardless if you choose to take advantage of it or not.
No credit, deductions, or adjustments will be allowed for missed classes.
Stage Performance Workshop, Stage Performance & Vocal Training
Program, BL Workshoppers (Performing Group), & Production Staff
Training Program
• Full workshop tuition will be assessed and is due at registration
•Students who would register after a scheduled workshop session begins, may be accepted if the current workshop class is not full. Full workshop tuition will
be assessed and is due at registration. Workshop tuition will not be pro-rated.
•Students who are interested in joining the performing group who register after
a scheduled workshop session begins may be accepted, if there is any
open spot in a current workshop class, but would still be required to finish at
least a 25-week session before auditioning to become a member of the
performing group. Full workshop tuition or a full Stage Performance & Vocal
Training Program tuition (for a discounted tuition) will be assessed and is due
at registration. Workshop tuition will not be prorated. If all the workshop
classes are full, the student may ask to be put on the waiting list for future
workshop classes.
•Acceptance into the program at a later date is at the discretion of the instructor.
•Registered students who would continue to attend other workshops would not
have to pay the registration fee up to 1 year from their first paid registration
date at Bay Area Diva Productions but must submit a registration form (online
or by mail) for the workshop in which, they would participate. Full tuition payment
is due at registration.
•Please remember to register and submit your full tuition payment in advance
for the next workshops to reserve your spot.
Completion of a series of 5 workshops is recommended to enjoy
the full benefit of the Stage Performance & Vocal Training
BL Workshoppers (Performing Group)
Monthly tuition is due the last week of the month for the upcoming month. Please
note that the BL Workshoppers are required to meet once a week except for some
major holidays, which will be rescheduled by the instructor. Tuition is
non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your lesson during the last week of
the month, please mail your tuition check before the end of the month.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
Stage Performance Workshop, Production Staff Training Program, and Group Singing Lessons. Tuition fees are non-refundable.
Stage Performance & Vocal Training Program
We understand that there may be some unavoidable reasons that could occur at
any time, which could cause a student to discontinue his participation in the entire
training program. In this case, a signed withdrawal letter must be submitted no
later than 30 days before the start of the next scheduled workshop. Please note
that we will assess a fee of $205 multiplied by the number of workshops that have
passed from the date of student’s first day in the program up to the end of the current
scheduled workshop that the student was registered for. This assessment fee will be
deducted from the amount that the student initially paid during registration.
Non-attendance or verbal withdrawal to any Bay Area Diva Productions staff does not
constitute an official withdrawal. There will be no refunds for tuition paid when
participation is terminated during a workshop.
Group Singing Lessons, Stage Performance Workshop, BL Workshoppers (Performing Group), & Production Staff Training Program
A 30-day written notice (postmarked or emailed at least 30 days prior to planned last day
of class participation) is required to discontinue
weekly group classes. The student will be charged the tuition fee for
the following calendar month if less than 30 days’ notice is given.
Be sure to make a follow up call if you
do not receive a response back from one of
the Bay Area Diva Productions staff within
the week of sending your notice.
ATTENDANCE & MISSED CLASSES
Stage Performance Workshop, Stage Performance & Vocal Training
Program, BL Workshoppers (Performing Group), Group Singing Lessons, & Production Staff
Training Program
Regular and timely attendance is expected. Due to the workshop’s structure and to
encourage consistent attendance for a well-blended and strong vocal ensemble,
NO CREDIT OR MAKE-UP CLASSES will be given if a student misses any
workshop class or other group classes. As a courtesy to the instructor and other
students, please notify Bay Area Diva Productions in advance of an absence.
Canceled classes due to instructor absence will be rescheduled.
ILLNESS
Due to several types of illnesses spreading around, we have to be extra careful of
getting exposed to contagious diseases. There are several students who are scheduled
to sing and need to stay healthy for their performances. Please notify Bay Area Diva Productions
as early as possible if you must miss a class due to illness. Any student who shows
up in class that has a cold, cough, sore throat, or other viral infection, will be
sent home. No credit or make-up classes will be given for missed workshop classes or
other group classes due to illness.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All students/parents/guardians are expected to maintain respect towards Bay Area Diva Productions' staff, other students, parents, & guardians. Also please note that no one is allowed to smoke inside the building.
DISCLAIMER
Bay Area Diva Productions reserves the right to change the program content,
schedules, and provisions of its programs. Bay Area Diva Productions reserves the
right to postpone or cancel any workshop or other group classes due to insufficient enrollment.

Bay Area Diva Productions cannot be held responsible for any injury to the student or lost/stolen personal property.
Parents/Guardian of the student will be held responsible for any damage to the property of the studio (current venue) and/or of Bay Area Diva Productions caused by them or their children.
Bay Area Diva Productions reserves the right to discontinue instruction of any student
who does not meet the policy requirements. Any failure to comply with the terms of the policies and procedures could result in termination of the student’s enrollment.

PLEASE REMEMBER…
*Make sure to arrive & pick up your child on time. No one will be able to monitor your child before and right after the class in which they are registered.
*The Bay Area Dive Productions staff believes in making use of the latest technology for a more efficient system. We communicate with students & parent or guardian via email or text message.
*It is the responsibility of the student, parent, or guardian to send their latest contact information (email address, mobile #, home #, home and mailing address) via email should there be any changes made.
*Parent/Guardian of children under the age of 18 may wait in the lobby during class.
* We believe that opening the lines of communication between the students,
parents/guardians and the instructor is crucial to the success of our
programs. Should you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail
BayAreaDivaProductions.com or call us at (707) 645-1685 and we will respond
back as soon as possible. Any questions or concerns must be directed to the
instructor via email or phone as to not delay the workshop, rehearsal, and
other scheduled classes for the day. Since we have a limited time of facility
usage, unnecessary interruption during classes is highly discouraged.
Ø The director of Bay Area Diva Productions would like to welcome the
parent/guardian of student during the last 15 minutes of the first class.

Bay Area Diva Productions to keep the current workshop schedule.
However, the instructor reserves the right to postpone and / or reschedule any
scheduled session due to valuable performances and / or unavoidable situations.
All participants would be notified in advance, should changes in schedule occur.
